Enjoy your coffee, turn the cup upside down onto the saucer, and wait a few minutes for the grounds to cool and dry. Open the Falita app, select "Coffee Reading", and capture photos of the cup's interior. Your personalized visual and text reading will be ready in seconds.

1. Ensure bright, even lighting.

2. Hold the camera directly over the cup.

3. Frame the entire inner surface of the cup clearly without strong shadows or blur.

Each reading requires one or more credits. You can easily purchase credit packages directly inside the app store menu.

1. Close the app completely and reopen it to trigger a server sync.

2. If credits are still missing, go to App Settings and tap "Restore Purchases".

3. If the issue persists, email your receipt or Order ID to support@falita.app so our team can verify and credit your account promptly.

Go to: Settings → Restore Purchases inside the Falita app.

Note: Make sure your device is signed in with the same Apple ID or Google Account used for the original purchase.

Refunds are managed directly by Apple and Google platforms, not directly by Falita:

• Apple (iOS): Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

• Google Play (Android): Open the Google Play Store app → Account → Purchase History and submit a refund request.

Inside the app: Profile menu → Delete Account button.

Important: Account deletion permanently erases all your readings, history, and personal data. Unused credits will be forfeited.

If you cannot access the app: Email us from your registered email address at support@falita.app.

2. If an error appears, take a screenshot or copy the error code and email it along with your phone model to support@falita.app.

Your photos are processed strictly for AI computer vision symbol detection and creative narrative generation. They remain strictly private and are never shared with any third parties.
