This policy explains how TRUSTQR LTD (“Falita”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the Falita mobile application and website.

Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

  • Account and profile information, such as name, email address, date of birth, preferred language and profile settings.
  • Coffee-cup photographs, reading requests and results you choose to create or save.
  • For two-person readings: invitation status, the participating account identifiers and each participant’s age-eligibility result. We do not expose one participant’s birth date to the other.
  • Technical and usage information, such as device type, app version, approximate region, log data, crash reports and security events.
  • Purchase and subscription status. Payment card details are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider and are not stored by Falita.

2. How we use information

  • To create and manage your account, provide readings and deliver requested app features.
  • To verify age eligibility, prevent an under-18 account from using restricted services, and enforce the two-person invitation rules described below.
  • To process images and prompts with automated systems, improve service quality, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems and keep Falita secure.
  • To send essential service messages and, only where permitted, optional product updates that you can unsubscribe from.

3. Automated processing and entertainment notice

  • Falita uses automated and AI-assisted processing to analyse coffee-cup images and generate a creative narrative. Results are for entertainment, self-reflection and cultural storytelling only.
  • A reading is not professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and does not guarantee or reliably predict future events.

4. Sharing and service providers

  • We share only the information needed with contracted providers that support hosting, storage, analytics, security, customer support, AI processing and payment status. They may process data only under our instructions and appropriate safeguards.
  • We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and deletion

  • We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Retention periods vary by data type.
  • You may request account and associated-data deletion from the app’s account settings, where available, or by emailing dev@falita.app. Some records may be retained where the law requires it or for fraud prevention and security.

6. Security and international transfers

  • We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and protected transmission. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
  • Because Falita and its providers may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognised transfer safeguards.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • To make a request, contact dev@falita.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Children’s privacy

  • Falita is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow children to create or use an account. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will restrict the account and delete the data as required.

9. Changes to this policy

  • We may update this policy when our practices, features or legal obligations change. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice in the app when a change is material.

18+ audience and age-rating statement

Falita is designed and presented for adults aged 18 and over. The service does not permit an under-18 profile to participate in a two-person coffee reading.

Two-person reading: mandatory age checks

Before sending

The inviter’s profile must have a valid date of birth showing an age of at least 18. Otherwise, creating or sending the invitation is blocked.

Before accepting

The invitee’s profile is checked independently. A missing, invalid or under-18 date of birth blocks acceptance.

Before generating

Falita re-checks that both accounts remain eligible. The shared reading is generated only when both participants are 18 or older.

There is no exception based on consent from the other participant: if either profile is under 18 or its age cannot be confirmed, the invitation cannot proceed.

Content and interaction summary for age-rating forms

  • No real-money gambling, betting, cash prizes or gambling simulation.
  • No explicit sexual content, graphic violence, controlled-substance promotion or public anonymous chat.
  • Coffee-cup readings may discuss relationships, emotions or life themes in a fictional and entertainment context.
  • Two-person interaction is invitation-based between registered users; cup images and results are not made public by default.
  • Users can report safety or privacy concerns by contacting dev@falita.app.
