Falita is a creative and cultural entertainment application. All coffee-cup readings generated by the app are entirely fictional narratives produced for personal enjoyment, self-reflection, and cultural appreciation.
Falita does not perform real fortune telling, astrology, divination, or any form of genuine prediction of future events. Results cannot and do not predict the future, and no reading should be treated as such.
Falita does not provide — and you must not rely on Falita for — medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or any other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
You use Falita readings at your own discretion. Falita and TRUSTQR LTD accept no liability for decisions made based on any reading generated by the app.

Usage Rules

Falita is open to users of all ages for solo readings. If you wish to use the two-person reading feature, both you and the other participant must be at least 18 years old, must complete your profiles, and must enter a valid date of birth. The system checks both parties automatically and blocks access if either is under 18.
You may create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts or using the service on behalf of another person without authorisation is not permitted.
You must not use Falita for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to upload harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code, AI models, or proprietary algorithms of the Falita application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Falita uses a virtual coin system to unlock readings and premium features. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency.
Coin purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are subject to the payment terms of the relevant platform.
All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the refund policy of the relevant app store.
We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue the virtual coin system at any time. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency due to service changes, account termination, or technical issues.
Unused coins are not transferable between accounts and will be forfeited upon account deletion.

All visual content within the Falita application — including but not limited to artwork, animations, illustrations, UI designs, icons, video content, and the AI-generated reading narratives — is the exclusive intellectual property of TRUSTQR LTD.
You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any visual or textual content found within the Falita application without express written consent from TRUSTQR LTD.
Screenshots or screen recordings of app content may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, or public distribution without authorisation.
The Falita name, logo, and brand assets are registered trademarks of TRUSTQR LTD. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Reading results are generated for your personal use only. Reproducing them in full or using them commercially without our permission is not allowed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Falita after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
