Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to have your Falita account and all associated personal data permanently deleted. You can do this directly from the app or by contacting us.
Delete from the app
Open Falita → go to the Profile menu → tap the Delete Account button. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Or request deletion by email
Compose an email
Open your email app and create a new email addressed to dev@falita.app
Use the correct subject line
Set the subject to: Account Deletion Request
Include your registered email
In the body of the email, write the email address you used to register your Falita account so we can identify and delete the correct account.
Send & wait for confirmation
We will process your request and send a confirmation email within 7 business days. Your account and all personal data — including readings, profile information, and associated coins — will be permanently deleted.
